Nathan Froelich
CEO and Co-Founder

Nathan leads the company’s revenue, employment development, and website progression. He is a genuine guy who loves boating, enjoys classic movies like Office Space, and keeps his family first. Innovative and devoted, Nathan is damn good at taking Breakthrough Broker to the next level.

Jacqueline
VP of Operations

Jacqueline, fondly known as JM, has been involved in essentially every aspect of the business from the beginning. She's in charge of all things operations and oversees all departments, including (but definitely not limited to) marketing, content, design, project management, customer success, development, and so much more. JM is the glue that keeps our team together and a great brunch companion.

Ryan
Software Development Manager

Ryan is our local tech expert. With a degree in computer engineering and over 20 years of experience writing code and leading tech teams, he helps guide our teams of developers, translating business needs into technical solutions. When he isn’t reviewing code or writing specs you can find him spending time with his girls, playing capoeira, or training iaido- Japanese martial arts.

Drew
Product Manager of Breakthrough Broker

Drew collaborates with our development team to make sure everything is running smoothly on the backend for our BB users. He is a seasoned IT professional and has been working in the industry for a decade. When Drew isn’t tackling a tech issue, he’s on a hike with his wife and two chocolate labradors or enjoying a much-deserved cold one.

Natalie
Jr. Product Owner of Breakthrough Broker

Natalie, our true Michigander, has worn a few hats here at BB. Over time, her skills have flourished, and she now takes the lead with our development team, solves issues on the site, and coordinates with our Product Owners to smooth out all processes. If you're looking for the most adventurous outdoor activity, ask Nat!

Ellie
Product Manager of Marketing Centers

Ellie has a diverse background, from teaching math in New York City to diving into virtual reality tech in San Francisco. She's now back in Denver, ready to use her global teaching and tech experience to help us at Breakthrough Broker. When not working, she hikes with her dog or searches for new coffee spots. With her worldly experience and innovative approach, Ellie is sure to take us to exciting new heights!

Cole
Jr. Product Owner of Marketing Centers

Cole works cross-functionally with our clients and products to ensure happy people and seamless tech. Cole works with our development team to drive successful launches, all while trying to keep his cat, Binx, off of his keyboard and dog, Biscuit, off of his lap. Outside the office, he loves to cook elaborate meals, do group fitness, travel with his partner, and attend all kinds of quirky, local, artsy events around Denver.

James
Business Development Specialist

Meet James, Breakthrough Broker's Business Development Specialist and Broker liaison. Born on Valentine's Day and driven by a love for skiing, golfing, and his loyal pup, Lobo, James infuses every deal with passion and precision. James's recipe for success? A dash of avid athleticism, a sprinkle of culinary indulgence (hold the dairy, please), and a lifelong commitment to customer-centric solutions. With his unique blend of innovation, client focus, and continuous learning, James promises to be the perfect match for our growing team.

Enessa
Office Manager

Meet Enessa, the orchestrator of orderliness and Office Manager extraordinaire at Breakthrough Broker. She’s tasked with providing executive support, basic customer service, accounting, and general administrative duties while ensuring the office continues to hum like a well-oiled machine. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at the office, you can find her traveling to new destinations, enjoying the beautiful outdoors or jamming out at a country concert. Enessa's the name, office management is her game. And believe us when we say, she plays it like no other.

Her warm and inviting energy makes it easy for our internal team and external clients to appreciate the value she brings. Creative Manager

Meet Madde, graphic designer and brand specialist here at BB! Madde is a dog mom to Loaki and Delilah, outdoor enthusiast, coffee connoisseur, and accumulator of one too many houseplants. Dig a little deeper past her hobbies and you'll find Madde is an observer of the world, life-long learner, and gatherer of things. With all of that said, she's a welcome addition to the crew!

Marita is our Content and Communications Manager. She holds a degree in Public Relations and has a mostly, healthy obsession with anything marketing related. Outside of the office, you can find her at a local coffee shop, hiking with friends or on her way to a yoga class.

Claire
Senior Writer & Digital Marketing Specialist

By day, Claire crafts the narrative for Breakthrough Broker as their senior writer and digital marketing whiz. From messaging to content strategy, she weaves Breakthrough Broker's story across the digital landscape. Before Breakthrough Broker, Claire honed her skills in Silicon Valley, building brand awareness and content strategies for tech companies in digital mortgage and FinTech. When she’s not working, she’s hiking with Rigs, her Golden Doodle, catching the latest movie, snowboarding, or working on her first book.
