WHAT IS BREAKTHROUGH BROKER?

Breakthrough Broker is the nation's leading online resource for real estate agents. Our goal is to make lives easier for Realtors by providing them resources that save them time, money, and help sell more homes.

WHAT IS BREAKTHROUGH BROKER PLUS?

Breakthrough Broker Plus is a premium version with special features like MLS integration, automated postcard campaigns, exclusive material, print discounts, and more. The monthly cost is $13.95/mo and annual cost is $8.95/mo. Learn more HERE.

HOW DO I USE THE MARKETING CENTER?

Create a branded designed by heading to the Marketing Center. You can navigate with either products or intentions. Within these categories you will find everything from postcards to social media.

HOW DO I SAVE MY ITEM?

Select the 'save' button located on the left-hand side of the font dropdown. If you're searching for your saved item upon logging back in, select your profile photo on the home page and choose saved templates.

WHAT ITEMS ARE EDITABLE?

A large percentage of our marketing items are fully editable with option to choose your branding and logo once you've filled out your profile. However, there are some items like engagement posts and static images where only your logo and name will be editable.

WHERE ARE MY DOWNLOADS?

Your downloads can be found in the download folder of your computer. If you are downloading multiple files from our template editor, please make sure your browser settings are saved to allow multiple files. This can be changed in the settings area of your computer. Please make sure your settings show "allow automatic/multiple downloads."

HOW CAN I FIND PREVIOUS MARKETING ITEMS?

You can find all of the marketing items you've created by clicking the dropdown arrow next to "My BB" near the top right side of the website. Click "My Marketing" and you will see your saved items.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

If you are unable to access your account, please reset your password by clicking here.

If you are logged into your Breakthrough Broker profile, to reset your password select the drop-down menu in the top right > select "My Profile" > update your password.

Setting up team and two-agent branding
Market as a team.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Upload your teammate or team’s information, headshot, and logo.
  3. Open your desired marketing template and select two-agent or team in the left sidebar.
  1. Whatch your teammate or team's information instantly populate the item.

Selecting your preset brand color
Say good bye to “Frankenstein” marketing.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Edit Primary Brand Color widget.
  3. Select your brand color with the color picker or enter the Hexcode and click Select.
  1. Moving forward, every customizable marketing template you edit will automatically load with your brand color.
Using your headshot and logo library
Put your best look forward.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the to pright corner.
  2. Upload additional headshots and logos.
  3. Click Update to save changes.
  1. Edit your favorite marketing template and click on the headshot or logo image slot to pull up your library of images and select.
